WHAT IS BAIT HOUSE'S RETURN POLICY?

Returns & Refunds

Because each Bait House item is made to order, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at contact@baithouseclothing.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photo verification. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Size Changes

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

For eligible EU returns, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and ineligible for return.

Our products are meant to last, however, production defects are inevitable and can occur. If you experience any malfunctions within 30 days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at contact@baithouseclothing.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item.

DOES BAIT HOUSE SELL INTERNATIONALLY?
